Cramer's STOP TRADING (Sept. 19, 2006)...Cramer Loves Cisco Systems

In Cramer's STOP TRADING segment on CNBC today at 2:45 PM EST, Cramer came out discussing how hedge funds really work. He said the hopes of the way they want to regulate hedge funds is irrational.

The major trend that isnt being affected is OUT of oil and INTO tech, he thinks a NASDAQ short covering rally will occur. He said oil may go to $56 and he said that trade isnt going to be stopped. Cramer said Cisco Systems (CSCO) is the winner in this convergence and the stock is going higher.
