Europe Market Report 9/15/2006 BT Up, France Telecom Down

Europe markets were up slightly at 5.00 AM New York time.

The FTSE was up less than .1% at 5,880. Barclays was down .1% to 675.5. BP was down .5% to 581.5. British Air was up .6% to 426.25. BT was up 1.1% to 261.75. GlaxoSmithKline was down .2% to 1461. Prudential was up .7% to 609. Reuters was up .4% to 407.75. Unilever was up .2% to 1282. Vodafone was down .2% to 116.25.

The DAXX was up .2% to 5,923. Bayer was up .5% to 39.03. BASF was up .4% to 62.69. DaimlerChrysler was down .3% to 41.36. DeutscheBank was up .3% to 91.8. Deutsche Telekom was up .3% to 11.7. SAP was up .8% to 153.65. Siemens was up .2% to 66.6.

The CAC was up .4% to 5,145. Alacatel was was down .2% to 9.42. AXA was up .6% to 28.92. France Telecom was down .7% to 17.32. ST Micro was down .2% to 13.03. Vivendi was up .1% to 27.28.
