Stocks: (IBM)(GM)(SBUX)(GOOG)

According to Reuters, a $200 billion class action suit over "light" cigarettes has been approved by the courts to go forward.

Reuters writes that IBM will bundle hardware, software and technical supports with products aimed at small and mid-sized business.

Reuters also reports that Starbucks has been sued for anti-competitive business practices that put one small coffee shop out of business.

The Wall Street Journal writes that a top Renault executive said that GM is not showing any "urgency" in talks with Renault and Nissan to set up a global can alliance.

The WSJ also reports that the SEC is probing whether Pirate Capital sold shares in small companies without a disclosure to the agency.

The New York Times reports that Google is calling for more electrical efficiency in PCs.

The New York Times also reports that Revlon will cut staff and a line of products.
