(AAPL) Apple trading down 0.4% as Microsoft may release its MP3 player sooner.
(ABN) ABN AMRO is trading up 2% overseas on reports that Bank of America may be interested in the company.
(ACS) Affiliated Computer delayed its annoual report filing.
(AMLN) Amylin and Lilly showed positive type II diabetes study in Europe.
(AZPN) Aspen Tech delayed its quarterly filing.
(BOBJ) Business Objects trading down 3% pre-market after not commenting on market speculation that Oracle willmake an offer for the company,
(BSC) Bear Stearns posted $3.02 EPS vs $2.87e.
(CLCT) Collectors Universe traded down 10% after-hours after posting EPS of $0.10 vs $0.14+ estimates.
(COCO) Corinthian Colleges extended the filing deadline for its quarterly report.

(GE) General Electric is selling its advanced materials unit for $3.8 Billion, or some $2+ Billion for its part in the venture and after fees and taxes etc.
