Boston Scientific: BSX downgraded at multiple firms: cut at Morgan Stanley and Prudential, cut at UBS and B of A; maintain light buy at Jefferies. This is the obvious weasel of the month group of analyst calls. For this many to be caught off gaurd is pathetic with the shares trading down 9% pre-market at new lows for the trailing 52-weeks.

D started as Hold at Deutsche Bank.
DG reiterated Buy at Ciigroup, cut to Sell at Goldman Sachs.
E cut to Hold at Citigroup.
EQY cut to Peer Perform at Bear Stearns.
ERIC started as Outperform at Cowen.
FRP cut to Equal Weight at Lehman.
GCO raised to Outperform at Wachovia.
GES started as Sell at WRHambrecht.
H started as Underperform at Thomas Weisel.
LGF raised to Outperform at Cowen.
MTZ started as Buy at ThinkEquity.
OMI raised to Equal Weight at Lehman.
OPSW started as Mkt Perform at JMP.
ORCL cut to Mkt Perform at Sanford Bernstein (yesterday call).
PALM cut to Underweight at Bear Stearns.
SMBI cut to Underweight at Lehman.
STAA started as Buy at Jefferies.
THX reitr Buy at Jefferies.
WB cut to Neutral at Merrill Lynch.
WTR started as Buy at UBS.
WYN started as Peer Perform at Thomas Weisel.
