Europe Market Report 11/3/2006 British Air Down, Daimler, Unilever Up

Markets in Europe were up slightly at 5.15 AM New York time.

The FTSE was up a fraction at 6,150. BEA Systems was down 1% to 402. Barclays was up .1% to 700. BP was up .8% to 591. British Air was down 2.3% to 454.5. BT was up .4% to 281.5. GlaxoSmithKline was down .2% to 1411. Prudential was down .5% to 636. Reuters was flat at 442. Unilever was up 1.2% to 1372. Vodafone was down .4% to 135.

The DAXX was up .3% to 6,240. BASF was down .7% to 67.35. Bayer was down .2% to 39.55. DaimlerChrysler was up 1% to 45.38. DeutscheBank was down .1% to 96.64. Deutsche Telekom was flat at 13.64. SAP was up .3% to 154.01. Siemens was up .3% to 69.86.

The CAC 40 was up .1% to 5,315. Alcatel was flat at 9.86. AXA was down .1% to 29.56. France Telecom was up .3% to 20.33. ST Micro was up .6% to 13.36. Vivendi was up .5% to 30.05.
