Asia Markets 11/3/2006 China Unicom, Chartered Semi Up
Asian markets were up slightly with the Nikkei closed for a holiday.
The Hang Seng was up .2% to 16,750. Cathay Pacific was down 1.3% to 16.98. China Mobile was up .9% to 66.5. China Unicom was up 2.5% to 8.94. HSBC was down .2% to 149.9. PCCW was up .2% to 4.82.
The Straits Times was down .3% to 2,722. Chartered Semi was up 1.7% to 1.19. Creative Technology was down 1% to 10.4. Singapore Air was down .6% to 15.3.
The KOSPI was flat at 1,384.
The Shanghai Composite was up .8% to 1,866.
