Cramer Hates Gateway (GTW)

Cramer discussed Gateway Computer (GTW). He said it sounds cheap because is under $2.00. Cramer noted that GTW reported yesterday.

He said that Hewlett Packard (HPQ) is far cheaper than GTW. Cramer said GTW trades at 27 times earnings next year, and that is assuming they can even hit estimates.

If you look at HPQ is trades at far better P/E ratios on a forward basis.

GTW is down steadily year after year. He also had his 10 foot pole out again. He said the new CEO won't be able to do much for a while. He thinks that the Q4 will be slow at GTW because they are purely reliant on computers.

We have slammed Gateway ourselves on almost every occasion and opportunity. Cramer thinks you can own HPQ much easier.
